🔧 Process 1: Fully Automatic Deburring Machine – Precision Removal of Every Microscopic Burr

High-efficiency deburring of die-cast or CNC-machined aluminum parts using fully automatic deburring equipment:

  • Customized tooling combined with flexible abrasive media precisely removes burrs and sharp edges from internal cavities, corners, and hole positions

  • Fully programmable control ensures consistent tool paths, eliminating human errors such as missed or over-brushing

  • Ideal for high-precision aluminum components including phone frames, automotive structural parts, heat sinks, and 3C housings

  • Post-treatment edges are smooth and uniform, providing an ideal substrate for subsequent cleaning and coating

Advantage: High efficiency, stable quality, no damage to dimensional accuracy – eliminating the inconsistency of manual grinding.


💧 Process 2: Turkish-Imported Spray Cleaning Equipment – Deep Cleaning, Zero Residue

After deburring, products enter a fully automatic spray cleaning line imported from Turkey for multi-stage high-pressure spray cleaning:

  • High-temperature cleaning solution combined with precision filtration systems effectively removes cutting fluids, oils, metal dust, and abrasive residues

  • Spray angle and pressure can be flexibly adjusted according to product geometry, covering blind holes and deep cavities

  • Cleaning solution is recycled for environmental sustainability, with automatic concentration monitoring and replenishment

Advantage: Industry-leading cleaning performance ensures surface tension meets requirements, providing reliable pretreatment for subsequent anodizing, painting, or electroplating.

🔄 Process 3: Fully Automatic Vibratory Washing & Drying Line – One-Step Operation, Spot-Free Drying

After cleaning, products proceed to a fully automatic vibratory washing and drying line, integrating washing, rinsing, and drying in a single continuous operation:

  • Vibratory washing stage: High-frequency micro-vibration assists in removing residual surface particles, enhancing cleanliness levels

  • Multi-stage drying stage: Combination of hot air circulation and infrared heating rapidly removes moisture from product surfaces and internal cavities

  • Full-line automated control allows flexible adjustment of speed, temperature, and vibration frequency based on product types

  • Output products are dry and stain-free, ready for packaging or next-stage processing

Advantage: Replaces traditional manual blow-drying, prevents water spots and oxidation discoloration – particularly suitable for cosmetic parts and precision assemblies.
